Third Grade

Hello,  My name is Mrs. Morales, and I am very excited to be your Third Grade teacher!  

I have been teaching third grade with the Oakland Diocese since 2008, after graduating from California State Hayward with my teaching credential.  Teaching is something that I love to do and very lucky to teach in a great community at St. Joseph School. 

I am married and have two adult children, Daniel and David. We love to camp and take road trips, but we enjoy our family game nights the most!

I love art and I enjoy bringing creativity into all areas of our curriculum.  (I am a scrapbooker at heart, and love crafting!)

We will read many interesting novels during the year, such as "The Year of the Dog", "Stone Fox" and "Who was Helen Keller".   We will complete many exciting projects to accompany each novel.  I enjoy teaching math, especially multiplication, and I love when the students finally "get it"!

I am very eager to journey through this next year with your student!
